Refund policy
RETURNS
Full price merchandise can be returned for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of the date of receipt- Shopify has tracking on every package. Returned merchandise will only be accepted for items that have not been worn, washed or altered in any way. The original tags must be attached and receipt presented with return. If you would like a refund to original payment, a 10% restocking fee will be charged upon approval.
The Velvet Angel reserves the right to deny any refunds if the product does not meet our return policy requirements.
FINAL SALE
All items with a markdown are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. They are FINAL SALE. If any merchandise purchased from our SALE category is returned, it will be shipped back to the customer. No exceptions will be made.
ONLINE SALES
Online sales are shipped within 5-10 business days of order placement. Please allow 5-10 days of transit through USPS or UPS for shipping. We do not have control of delivery timing once the package leaves our premises. These timelines are estimates. Please use your tracking number that is emailed to you to track your package.
Please call store for sizing questions (972-923-4433). Returns are returned at the buyer's expense. Contact the store for exchange options. Do not send items back without contacting store first.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If delivery from The Velvet Angel is refused, we will refund the merchandise and the taxes paid minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
