Shipping & Returns
Items are shipped the most economical way to keep our retail pricing low. Shoes and boxed items may be shipped without the box unless specifically requested.
We do not offer express shipping so if you need your order faster please contact us via email for arranging at EMAIL
Orders are shipped with tracking through USPS on business days (Monday-Friday). You can track your packages at
We want you to be happy! If you don't love your purchase, simply return it. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs & we suggest tracking your shipment.
Returns must be received no later than 14 days from the date you placed your order, be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time.
Items: Must be returned in original condition with tags attached. No makeup stains from trying on items, cigarette smell, animal scent or hair, perfumes, wear, etc.
Shoes: Must be in new condition, with no worn sole marks. Do not use the shoe box as the outside shipping container if you received one with your order.
Exclusions: Items on sale, scarves, belts, socks, hair accessories & undergarments are non-returnable and require a shipping fee to be sent.
Defects:If an item is delivered defective you must send us an email within three days of the delivery confirmation date, include invoice number, detail of item/defect & picture at EMAIL
Refunds: We only issue store credits. Please call if you have a return/refund to arrange.
If the returned item(s) are unable to be resold in the returned condition, you'll be subject to a $10 shipping & handling fee for shipping item(s) back to you.
Finally: Returns that do not fit our policy are subject to $10 shipping & handling fee to be returned to you. Use a tracking service, we are not responsible for lost packages.
