We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. We will send tracking information with every order. If you have any questions or need an immediate update, please text us your order number & issue to 214-679-8778.
Need help with sizing?
We have about 30 brands at any given time so our sizing varies tremendiously! We try to add all the information we have on every item. If you have any questions about sizing, please give us a call at 972-923-4433 and provide the item number. We'll give you actual measurements.
How do I care for my items?
We recommend hand washing in cold water and air drying to maintain the quality and longevity of your clothing items. Specific instructions for each piece are attached. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.
